the elevations, partly rounded will be built in anthracite/brown, the entrance area will be constructed with black/antthracite bricks. · the back elevation and the roof surface consist of one curved surface constructed in silver-grey concrete roof tiles · all framework ( roof endings ) in the elevations and garden walls constructed in zinc · the wooden window frames are painted in the colour anthracite/black · all houses have three floor levels ·on the ground floor is the entrance, living room, kitchen, toilet and technical room located · the stairs lead to the first floor with three bedrooms and a bathroom · on the second floor level is spare room for additional purposes ·all houses have a backyard with a storage and a parking place on semi-public terrain ·optional is an extension of the living room, extra roof window at the second floor ·"
